We will have transportation scheduled run from The Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket and The Ashby Inn in Paris. Please see below for pick up times and arrive promptly. If you are staying at an AirBnb or VRBO and you plan to take one of the scheduled transportations, please let us know so we can be sure there is a seat saved for you! The shuttle will arrive at The Hilton Garden Inn at 4:15pm and will depart promptly. The cars will arrive at The Ashby Inn at 4:45pm and will depart promptly. If you choose to arrive at the venue earlier, there will be welcome beverages for you to enjoy!

Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket

We have reserved a block of rooms at a special rate at The Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket. Rumor has it that the chef at the hotel restaurant previously worked at the famous Inn at Little Washington! Please have a meal and let us know how it was! We will be providing shuttle service on our wedding day from this hotel to Elmwood Farm. We highly encourage our guests to book here and take advantage of the shuttle so that you can enjoy a fun night of drinking and dancing without having to worry about driving back! The shuttle will be at The Hilton Garden Inn at 4:15pm and will depart promptly. If you choose to drive and arrive at the venue earlier, there will be welcome beverages for you to enjoy! You are more than welcome to book a home rental around the Upperville area. Please keep in mind that the shuttles will only run from Elmwood to the Hilton Garden Inn in Haymarket and the town of Paris. While these rental homes are incredibly charming, many have limited WIFI. It just adds character! Please keep in mind that the closest grocery store to Upperville is located 15 mins away in Middleburg so please plan accordingly.

Directions to Elmwood from Haymarket

To get from the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket (15001 Washington St, Haymarket, VA, 20169) to Elmwood Farm, you will start by heading northwest towards Fayette Street. Turn right on Fayette Street. Go .3 miles and turn left onto Washington Street. Next you will turn right onto US-15 N and continue for .3 miles until you see a left ramp for I-66 W towards Front Royal. Take the ramp and start heading West on I-66. Drive approximately 16.8 miles and Take Exit #23 to merge onto US-17 North toward Delaplane. Stay on Route 17 for 8.1miles. Watch your speed on Route 17. The speed limit is 45 mph, and they check. Turn right at the light onto US-50 East /John S Mosby Hwy. Stay on Route 50 for 1.7 miles then a right hand turn lane will start prior to Greystone Road. Turn right onto Greystone Road. Bear left in about a half a mile at first road that comes in from your right. At the top of next hill, you’ll see a yellow house in the hollow and to your right. Continue toward that house (note that Greystone Road turns into Elmwood Road), drive along the stone wall and creek on your right and take the paved driveway on your right when you see the mailbox and a sign on a post that says Elmwood. Welcome to Elmwood!

Direction To Elmwood from Reagan

The directions that follow keep you off Route 66 through Arlington because the toll lanes there can be tricky between Arlington and Route 495 to the west. If you do go that way, check VDOT’s website for tolling info. The directions that follow will only take you about 10 minutes longer than taking Route 66 through Arlington. Depart airport following signs for George Washington Parkway North. You’ll have to watch the signs carefully around the bridges into Washington to stay on the parkway. Take the parkway, about 10 miles, to Route 495 South to Richmond. Take Exit #49 for Interstate 66 West. Get on 66 West for about 40 miles. Take Exit #23 to merge onto US-17 North toward Delaplane. Stay on Route 17 for 8.1miles. Watch your speed on Route 17. The speed limit is 45 mph, and they check. Turn right at the light onto US-50 East /John S Mosby Hwy. Stay on Route 50 for 1.7 miles then a right hand turn lane will start prior to Greystone Road. Turn right onto Greystone Road.
