What's the deal with The Bear and The Fox?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the Welcome Party and Reception?

Answer

Considering a large amount of family and friends will be driving in for the weekend, we will not be providing a shuttle to the Porth Farmstead or reception venue. The farm is about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Davenport. If you need transportation, please let Catherine or Jack know. They will arrange for another family member or friend to give you a ride. The reception is within easy walking distance to/from both hotels (3-6 minutes away). Since it's easier to walk downtown than drive, no shuttle service will be provided. There is limited parking at the venue if needed.

Question

Is there a ceremony before the reception?

Answer

No - Catherine & Jack will be having a private ceremony in the Smoky Mountains prior to coming back to Iowa for the reception. The weekend of October 11th-12th is going to be a big celebration with friends and family!

Question

I received an invite but when I enter my name to RSVP it says it can't find me. What do I do?

Answer

(Note: The RSVP system will be live once wedding invitations are emailed out) The RSVP system is very sensitive. Please make sure you are entering your name EXACTLY how we have it on your invite.
