Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The Porth Farmstead
2012 278th Street, Calamus, IA 52729

Casual - There will be activities inside and outside

Don & Sandy Porth invite everyone to a celebration at their farmhouse near Grand Mound, IA (20-30 minutes from downtown Davenport). We will have pizza provided by the Maid of Honor's family restaurant (Napolis - aka the best pizza in Southeast Iowa) and ice cream from Whitey's (the bride's favorite). We will be showing The Princess Bride outside near the barn and will have yard games for the kids. There will be plenty of wine but feel free to BYOB. We can provide some blankets and chairs, but please bring your own if you can. The movie begins at sundown, but come out early if you would like a tour of the home. Don & Sandy have been working for the last 7 years on renovating the home which was built by Don's great-great-grandfather in 1883. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the farm!
