FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know if you’re able to make it or not :) but no later than June 1st please!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Suncadia Resort for the most convenient proximity to the ceremony and reception. However, there are plenty of Airbnbs or house rentals in the neighborhood or Cle Elum as well!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation or RSVP list join us on the wedding day. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are warmly welcomed at our wedding! During the ceremony, we kindly ask that kids sit near a close exit. If they start to practice their 'solo performance' or become 'overwhelmed by the romance,' please step out to help them settle. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Please RSVP for everyone in your family that is able to make it.

Question

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, Suncadia Resort provides a complimentary shuttle to all guests staying at any of the resort accommodations or an Airbnb/ VRBO home within the resort. Call (509) 260-4225 to schedule your pick-up, make sure to schedule ahead of time!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the Suncadia Lodge (where the ceremony is hosted) and then you can walk 5 minutes to The Inn (where the reception is hosted). Alternatively, you can park at The Inn then walk to the ceremony at Suncadia Lodge. Pick your poison :)

Question

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Answer

Dressy casual! Summer dresses/skirts, polo shirts, nice pants/shorts, no UW hats (Uncle Jon, I'm talking to you).

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Dress to impress in cocktail or formal attire! Feel free to wear a short or long dress, or a sharp suit jacket. No tie needed—just bring your best style and celebrate with us! We recommend ladies wear block heels or sandals—our ceremony is on gravel and the reception takes place on turf!
