How it works: ◦ RSVP as early as possible to secure your cabin type ◦ No payment is required at the time of RSVP ◦ RSVPs allow us to reserve the correct mix of cabin types for our group ◦ If your selected cabin type has already sold out, we will notify you promptly with alternative options Payment timeline: ◦ A $250 deposit per person is due by March 31, 2026 to lock in your cabin reservation ◦ The remaining balance may be paid in monthly installments or in full ◦ Final payment is due by January 31, 2027
