Important Details

Question

Why is it important to RSVP early?

Answer

We encourage RSVPing as soon as you're able, even if you're not ready to submit a deposit yet. RSVPs allow us reserve the correct cabin mix for our group. We have secured a limited number of interior, ocean view, and balcony cabins, and availability can sell out by cabin type. The deposit is not required at the time of RSVP and will be due by March 31, 2026 to lock in your cabin and confirm attendance.

Question

Passport

Answer

We will be leaving the country, therefore a valid passport is required to board the ship. Please ensure your passport is valid and not expired at the time of sailing. Keep in mind that passport renewals can take several months.

Question

Plus Ones/Solo Travelers

Answer

All guests are welcome to bring a plus one. Be sure to include your guest when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Cabins may be booked for single occupancy, however pricing is based on two occupants. To help keep costs down, we're happy to connect solo travelers who are open to sharing a cabin. If this interests you, include that when you RSVP and we'll coordinate.

Question

Travel Recommendations

Answer

We strongly recommend flying in one day prior to embarkation to avoid any risk of delayed flights impacting boarding. For convenience and proximity to the port, we recommend staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. We will be staying there as well.

Question

Answer

Our wedding is indoors and will be a formal black-tie event. Men: Black suit or tuxedo with white shirt and black tie Women: Black formal attire
