For those flying into Charleston, the closest airport is Charleston International Airport. It is a quick 30 minute drive from the airport to the Ion neighborhood, the location of the blessed event.

Accommodations

As we all know, the Charleston area does not lack in accommodations. You can stay anywhere from a two-star chain hotel to a five-star boutique hotel. Seeing as that is the case, we wanted to let it be your decision. For those wanting to stay near the venue, there are a number of hotels on Highway 17 at first entry onto Mt. Pleasant that we would recommend. For those waiting the “Charleston experience” of staying downtown, we would recommend Mills House, Vendue Range, or Belmond Charleston Place.
