Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. We kindly ask gentlemen to wear suits with ties and ladies to wear a midi or maxi length dress or jumpsuit.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 4:30 pm on the terrace (weather proofed). Arrive any time after 4 pm to enjoy a glass of wine and each other's company.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking next to the venue, District Winery, where the ceremony and reception will be held. There is paid parking at The Yards Lot Q (425 Tingey St SE, Washington, DC 20003). While you can just pull up and park, we recommend using SpotHero in advance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no provided transportation. We recommend walking or ride share services. Hotels nearby are less than a 10-minute walk away. See above question about parking if you prefer to drive.

No. While we love the kiddos very much, we want parents to enjoy the wedding.

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you do not take any photos and put your phones away. Please leave it to the professionals. Feel free to take photos at the cocktail hour and reception!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have not secured any hotel blocks. Please see "Travel" section for our recommendations and book early if you plan to attend.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, District Winery (385 Water St SE, Washington, DC 20003) is wheelchair accessible. Our Welcome Drinks and After Party are also wheelchair accessible (please see "Schedule" section).
