Is there a dress code?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception: Black Tie Optional. We encourage men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown, midi or knee-length cocktail dress in any color. If you’re more comfortable in semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, pantsuit or dressy separates, that’s perfectly acceptable too! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a lawn, the reception will be indoors. Welcome Cocktail: smart casual

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We have chosen to make our special day adults only, with the exception of immediate family. Thank you for your understanding, we can’t wait to see you in October!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Oak Hill, the parking attendant will direct you upon arrival.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please book ASAP, refer to the travel section for recommended hotels. We encourage families and groups of friends to book AirBnb in Hudson, Saugerties or Catskill. Note: the shuttle will not stop in Catskill. We have extra rooms held at the Holiday Inn, please let us know if you’d like to book and we’ll transfer a room to your name.

Absolutely! Please text or email Cas or Ben, we’ll gladly accommodate your dietary restrictions.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 25th. A formal invitation with RSVP card will arrive in the coming weeks.
