While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring my children on the vacation?

Answer

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your littles ones along for the memorable weekend. However, please keep in mind that they are not allowed to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Please contact Emily & John directly for further information if you are in need of child care services for that day.

Yes, they will take place at Blue Venado Private Paradise in Playa del Carmen.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The bride & groom will provide a complimentary bus service to promptly shuttle guests from Hotel Xcaret México to Blue Venado Private Paradise for the wedding ceremony and reception. The bus will bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please check this section again as it gets closer to the wedding weekend for the time in which guests should meet at the hotel lobby to take the bus to the venue.

We’ve secured a block of rooms with Hotel Xcaret México. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) through the "𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗡𝗢𝗪!" section of our website and use our special link by September 1, 2022. We hope we can all stay together and enjoy the weekend in each other's company! YES!!! You can most definitely arrive earlier than the wedding weekend, as well as stay after the wedding weekend! You can see the specific dates the group discount is valid when booking. The bride and groom will be vacationing there until November 17th.

Yes, transportation to and from Cancun International Airport to Hotel Xcaret México is included with your stay. *𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Upon arrival, once all personal baggage has been claimed, look for the Hotel Xcaret México shuttle bus to be taken to the hotel. There is a complimentary shuttle bus to Hotel Xcaret every 30 minutes. *Please Note: Prior to your departure, speak to the front desk to verify when you must take the airport shuttle bus to the airport for your flight.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM The hotel offers early check-in and late check-out services, subject to availability and additional charges. If you arrive before the check-in, there is a section available to hold your luggage. You will also be able to use their facilities and restaurants, so that you can enjoy your trip to the fullest.

Yes, their ALL-FUN INCLUSIVE™ concept allows unlimited access to the following parks of Grupo Xcaret: Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenses, Xavage, Xoximilco, Xenotes. Parks Xcaret, Xplor, Xplor Fuego and Xenses do not require booking. Other parks do need to be booked in advance. Some parks have meals and beverages included. Please contact the hotel directly for further information. To enjoy the Xcaret, Xplor, Xplor Fuego and Xenses, just board the shuttle that leaves every 20-30 minutes from the hotel lobby. For other parks, please verify the service schedules and reservations with the front desk.

November is the best time to travel to Mexico! Daily high temperatures are around 72°F, rarely falling below 66°F or exceeding 78°F. Daily low temperatures decrease by 4°F, from 49°F to 46°F, rarely falling below 39°F or exceeding 56°F.
