Hughes ready to party?!

Hi Family & Friends! We are providing two buses to and from the wedding venue. The first bus will leave from the JW Marriott at 3:15PM followed by the second bus at 3:30PM. Ubers are available! About a 20-25 mins drive. Buses will transport guests back to Uptown at 10:00PM & 10:30PM. See schedule tab for more details.

2020 was a memorable year for all, but for Cassy and Daniel it's the start of their love story. Cassy accepted a new traveling job which required her to move to Charlotte, NC at the end of May 2020. Being in a new city with no friends or family, Cassy downloaded the dating app "Hinge" hoping to meet someone special...Just three weeks later on June 17th, Daniel stumbled onto Cassy's profile and "swiped right". Filled with Clemson and golf photos, Cassy thought Daniel was super cute with his long luscious hair. That same day Cassy "liked" Daniel's profile. He then slide into her messages and by mid-afternoon Daniel asked Cassy to dinner that night! Being that it was COVID, not many restaurants were open. However, Daniel made a reservation at Dunavent in South End where they were the ONLY people in the place. It felt like Daniel had reserved the whole restaurant for just them two. They shared a bottle of wine and lobster mac n cheese and ended the night at the bar down the block. It was a great date, which lead to another date. And then another. Thankfully, Cassy did not have to travel as much as she expected because of COVID. This allowed for their relationship to grow and become stronger. A little blessing in disguise! Fast forward a little, Cassy and Daniel purchased a house together in May 2021. Where they live happily with Gus Gus and Belle, slowly making house improvements. Daniel proposed March 5, 2022 in Napa Valley at Halls winery. We can't wait to celebrate with you all May 2023!
