When and where is the wedding ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday 6/21/2025 at 3:00pm at Big Wood Brewery, located at 3429 Centerville Rd, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127. The ceremony and reception will be located behind the brewery outdoors in the meadow.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
We would love for you to wear semi-formal, cocktail, or garden attire. The bride & groom and wedding party will be dressed in formal attire, feel free to do the same.

Where should I stay if I'm coming from out of town?
Answer
We recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites St. Paul Northeast (Vadnais Heights, ~1mi from event) for your stay. They offer a special rate for our wedding guests. You can book online by navigating to the Travel page on this website and clicking the View button to access our room block. We recommend booking soon as space is filling up.

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue. However, we encourage carpooling or using rideshare services to minimize traffic congestion. If you are staying at the hotel, they will have a shuttle service available for our event.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, you are welcome to bring a guest. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

What time does the reception start?
Answer
The reception will start immediately following the cocktail hour after the ceremony, around 5:00pm, at Big Wood Brewery (same location as ceremony).

Is the wedding child-friendly?
Answer
Our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy an evening tailored for grown-ups. Thank you for understanding.

Answer
Please RSVP by 5/2/2025 to ensure we have an accurate count for catering and seating.
Question
What happens if the weather is bad on the wedding day?
Answer
We have a backup plan for inclement weather. The ceremony and reception will move indoors to the event center in Big Wood Brewery if necessary.
