Women - feel free to wear a cocktail, midi, or maxi dress or a pantsuit/jumpsuit Men - either a suit or dress pants with a button down shirt and tie, try to avoid denim and short sleeves No matter what you wear, make sure it is something that makes you feel confident and ready to party!
Try to avoid white or off-white, but nothing besides that! If you personally prefer to avoid the bridal party color, they will be wearing dusty blue.
We will be having an open bar at the wedding - feel free to grab a signature drink, cocktail, beer, or wine! There will also be plenty of soda and juice options for those who do not drink. No need to bring cash unless you would like to tip the bartenders (they typically have Venmo as well). Please be responsible with your alcohol and do not drink and drive - someone can help you call an Uber if needed.
If you type in Grand Gimeno or the address provided on the details page, it should take you to the front of the venue. Make sure you are getting dropped off on N Grand Street and not N Orange Street. If you do get dropped off in the back, you can walk along E Maple Street or E Chapman Ave to get to the front of the venue (white building with blue window sills)
The front of the venue is a white building with light blue window sills. There is a small fountain the center of the entrance. If all you see if a large fence with greenery, that means you are on the backside of the venue. You can wait in the small courtyard prior to the ceremony space opening up. Once the ceremony space has been opened, an employee will guide you through the gate to the side of the building to get to the back Olive Grove. If there is any confusion, feel free to look up the venue on Google to see reference photos.
Type in the address provided on the details page to get to the parking lot. This parking lot belongs to the church next door (rented out by the venue), so don't worry about any signage that may be outside of or in the parking lot. If you are confused about the parking, there is also plenty of street parking or other public lots in the area. Be aware of any signage in the area if not in the venue parking lot, as many spots are 2 hours only.
April typically has nice wether, but can sometimes have a little rain in the early part of the month. We are hoping to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside and the reception inside, but might change if there is rain called for the week or so before the wedding. The inside of the building should be warm enough at night, but feel to bring a sweater or jacket if you run cold!
If you have any questions prior to the day of the wedding, check the rest of the website or text Cassie at 714-264-1175. If your question is on the wedding day, try to avoid reaching out to the Bride/Groom unless it is an emergency. You can try to reach out to any other friends/family if they may know the answer.
