Brittany and Cassie met in the 7th grade and were inseparable. They have grown up together and helped each other become the woman they are today and have even lived together. No matter the distance their friendship will clearly last and will always be each other’s MAMAS 💕

Beth

Bridesmaid

Beth and Cassie first met in 2017 when Beth conducted Cassies phone interview at GEICO and later became team members on the Hiring Team. Beth and Cassie grew very close and Beth helped mentor Cassie in her career and with career events. Their friendship got much closer as they hung out outside of work and became best friends and travel buddies visiting places like Nashville California together. ✈️

Kim

Bridesmaid

Kim is Michael’s sister law and welcomed Cassie into their lives in 2020. Kim and Cassie became friends over family events with the Taylor’s, multiple canoe days and many game nights.

Alexa

Bridesmaid

Alexa and Cassie met in January of 2017 where they started their GEICO careers together. Alexa and Cassie became best friends and spent all holidays, birthdays and weekends together. Even went as far as getting matching tattoos 🌻 When Michael went to pick Cassie up for their first date she was so nervous she almost didn’t go however thankfully Alexa was on the phone telling her she needed to and helped build her confidence enough to go get to know the man of her dreams.

Crystal

Bridesmaid

Crystal and Cassie became friends in the 6th grade. They always say every brunette needs a blonde best friend. The friendship was put to the test when Cassie moved to Iowa but the relationship stayed strong and now will both be in each other’s weddings both getting married in 2022.

Melisa

Bridesmaid

Melisa and Cassie met at Panera bread in California where they both worked. Melisa and Cassie quickly became friends and started hanging out regularly. They have had many adventures together from snowboarding to lake days all the way to Chicago. They have been friends for many years and have created such a special bond.

Zachary

Best Man

Michael's one and only brother. They were inseparable as children, and even now take every opportunity to spend time with one another. Most people can observe they are related by looks alone, but it is how they act around one another that makes it clear they are brothers (some think at first they're twins!) Michael always says between the two of them they can figure almost anything out. The trust and respect between the two has been deepen by years of shared experiences. This includes being State Troopers in the Iowa State Patrol. Just as Michael wouldn't want anyone else backing him up on the interstate, he wouldn't want anyone else but Zachary backing him up on his wedding day.

Kyle

Groomsman

One of Michael's best high school friends. Although they knew each other as children and lived only a mile apart, it wasn't until high school that they became great friends. Both were in band and football, and it was during these activities they discovered how much they had in common. Their similar interests and personalities led to many adventures and conversations which tightened their friendship. Kyle is definitely a friend who will always be there to help if asked, and Michael os glad to have him as support on the wedding day.

Spencer

Groomsman

A great friend since the seventh grade Spencer is Michael's longest friend. Spencer is also the most goofy of his friends. Even so, Michael has enjoyed the years of laughter and late night philosophical discussions. They also shared a passion about education, and if not for Michael's change in career path both would have become teachers at the same time. Perhaps what they share a love of the most, however, is there faith in Jesus Christ, which continues to be a focal point in their lives and friendship.

Jason

Groomsman

Jason is one of Michael's many cousins. Although six years younger, they have grown close over the years. Due to his interests and similar attitude, Jason has been able to fit in with Michael's friends and is considered part of the group. He is a hardworking, young man with great ambitions, but knows how to relax and have a good time when the time is right. Seeing as some of Michael's fondest family memories include Jason, he thought it would only be right to have Jason there for another.

Neal

Groomsman

Michael met Neal in college. It became quickly apparent they would become great friends. Each had the same major and belonged to many of the same organizations on the college campus. This included the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, which helped provide some of the most memorable experiences they had in college. After college they remained in contact, including pheasant hunting with each others families and visiting when time allows. Michael was overjoyed to be a groomsman in Neal's wedding, and feels the same way about having Neal as a groomsman in his.

Patrick

Groomsman

Patrick is Cassie's older brother. Michael has quickly learned that Pat is a goofball who has lots of fun. Yet, it is also obvious that Pat will always be there for his loved ones, and Michael knows he can trust him. They share interests over board games and video games, and enjoy game nights with their significant others. Michael is looking forward to having Pat as a brother-in-law and a family member.
