Hilton President Kansas City

This hotel is located directly across the street from the Grand Hall (the reception location). We were able to re-procure a room block at the Hilton. A code is forthcoming. However, we encourage you to book directly through the hotel in the meantime because they are advertising prices much lower than we had previously seen. If you book directly, just let us know and we'll make sure you're accounted for in the block.

Residence Inn by Marriott Kansas City Downtown/Convention Center

We do not have a formal room block at this hotel, but we know we have a lot of Marriott loyalists and wanted to offer an option. This hotel is located one block away from the reception venue, The Grand Hall (where the shuttles will pick up from).

Ambassador Hotel Kansas City, Autograph Collection

We have a room block with the Ambassador Hotel. The block is slated to close on Friday, January 22nd. At this time this is the only room block we have available. However, if we are able to get the Hilton room block back (at this time there is slated to be a tournament in town that weekend), you can cancel this room and switch back to the Hilton without penalty.
