Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 31st. If anyone does not RSVP or reach out by then, we will unfortunately have to take you off the attending list as we have to give final numbers to our vendors.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive to the venue no later than 4:45 pm to ensure everyone’s seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Dinner will be provided following the wedding ceremony. Please make sure to make your dinner selection on the RSVP tab.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately no plus ones will be allowed unless stated on your formal invitation. The venue only allows a maximum number of people, so please do not bring any guest that were not listed on your invitation.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Though we love your children dearly, this will be an adults only event aside from children in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements beforehand!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our “dress code” is semi-formal, as we want everyone who attends to be comfortable! The wedding party will be wearing dusty blue, ice blue, and navy.

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place indoors. The cocktail hour following the ceremony will be indoors/outdoors while the tables are being set up for the reception. The reception will take place indoors, but there is the option to step outside anytime during the reception.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar that will be self-pour. Once we’re out, we’re out. Please plan accordingly to ensure you make it home safely.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking will be onsite at the Wildlife Club. The boat ramp will still be open for members, so please do not park in front of the boat ramp.

Question

Can I park overnight?

Answer

No, overnight parking is not allowed. The venue will have another event on Saturday morning, so we will have to be out of the venue by 11 pm. Please plan accordingly to ensure you make it home safely.
