Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Transportation will not be provided for the welcome party. For details on getting to and from Lavender Hill Farm, please refer to the FAQs. Lavender Hill Farm is located approximately a 10-minute drive from the Inn at Bay Harbor and 15 minutes from the Holiday Inn. Parking is available at the farm if you choose not to use one of the recommended shuttle services.

Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

We are happy to provide transportation for the wedding! Shuttles will be available from the Inn at Bay Harbor and the Holiday Inn. The Bay Harbor Yacht Club is a 5-minute drive from the Inn at Bay Harbor and a 10-minute drive from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Petoskey. If you wish to drive, we recommend parking at the Inn at Bay Harbor and taking the shuttle, as parking at the Yacht Club is limited.

Beach & Pool Gathering

12:00 pm

Join us the day after the wedding for a relaxed beach & pool gathering! There is no agenda - just good company, sunshine, and a chance to unwind together. Stop by whenever you’d like, grab a drink, and enjoy the water as we soak in the last moments of the celebration! Please note this is completely optional - we chose a Friday wedding so everyone has Saturday to explore. Check out our Things To Do section for local recommendations, or venture a little further to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mackinac Island, and more, all within an hour or two of Petoskey. However you spend the day, we’re just grateful to have celebrated with you :)
