Cocktail Hour & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is semi-formal/formal

Cocktail Hour will be held outside on grass and patio surfaces, so please wear appropriate shoes. There will be vegan/gf and vegetarian appetizers served by Woodbelly Catering and an open bar of beer, wine, cider, hard seltzer, and two specialty cocktails during cocktail hour for guests to enjoy! The Reception will be held under a tent. Dinner will be provided at 6:00pm and the open bar of beer & wine will continue until 10:00pm. Dinner will include vegan/gf and vegetarian pizza options as well as salad all in buffet style form. A dessert table of all DF/GF treats will be provided by Shire Cottage Bakery based in The Berkshires, MA! :)

After Party

Stay in your formal attire or change into something more comfortable!

Sound Ordinance Rules enforce moving the party inside at 10:00pm. Any guests not staying at the Trailside Inn must leave the property at 10:00pm. Anyone staying at the Inn will be able to enjoy a pool table, indoor corn hole, and other fun games! The event then goes back to BYOB, so you may continue to drink what you brought if you are staying at the Trailside Inn. There is no specific end time for the after party!
