CHARLOTTESVILLE–ALBEMARLE AIRPORT

Charlottesville has a local airport 15 minutes outside of the city. If you are looking for additional flight options, Richmond has an airport that is just over an hour from Charlottesville. There are additional flight options to DC, with the option of taking a train to Richmond or Charlottesville or driving the 2 hours. If you are flying into Charlottesville, we recommend either checking with your hotel about a complimentary shuttle or scheduling a taxi ahead of time.

Schedule 5:00PM- 4 Buses Staged @ Hotels (Omni, Forum, Draftsman, Fairfield Inn) 5:15PM- Buses Depart for Pippin Hill 10:00PM- Early Shuttle Staged @ Pippin 10:15PM- Early Shuttle Departs for all Hotels 11:30PM- Final Shuttles Staged @ Pippin *Last Dance at 11:45PM 12:05PM- Final Shuttles Depart Pippin for all Hotels **Make sure to note pick up locations for the buses. Omni- Water Street Bus Stop *This is NOT in front of the hotel, but on the side road. Guests will need to walk from the back entrance of Omni. Forum Kimpton- Duffy Road *Side of Hotel Draftsman- Front of Stacey Hall *Across the street from Draftsman on Main Street Fairfield (Cherry Ave)- Front of Hotel We encourage our guests to utilize the shuttle to and from the ceremony and reception (more information to come but the shuttle will pickup guests at each hotel with a room block). There is also ample parking at the venue if you choose to drive. Guest do have the option to take an Uber to Pippin, but note that Ubers will not pick-up from Pippin late at night
