WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 6:00 pm. We recommend arriving between 15 and 30 minutes early to enjoy the views! If you arrive earlier, the tasting room is open from 11am - 5pm.

WHAT IS THE SHUTTLE SCHEDULE FOR THE WEDDING?

Schedule 5:00PM- 4 Buses Staged at Hotels (Omni, Forum, Draftsman, Fairfield Inn) 5:15PM- Buses Depart for Pippin Hill 10:00PM- Early Shuttle Staged at Pippin 10:15PM- Early Shuttle Departs for all Hotels 11:30PM- Final Shuttles Staged at Pippin *Last Dance at 11:45PM 12:05PM- Final Shuttles Depart Pippin for all Hotels **Make sure to note pick up locations for the buses. Omni- Water Street Bus Stop *This is NOT in front of the hotel, but on the side road. Guests will need to walk from the back entrance of Omni. Forum Kimpton- Duffy Road *Side of Hotel Draftsman- Front of Stacey Hall *Across the street from Draftsman on Main Street Fairfield (Cherry Ave)- Front of Hotel

CAN I DRIVE MYSELF TO THE WEDDING?
Answer
While we strongly recommend use of the provided shuttle service, there is plenty of parking on site. If you need to leave your car overnight, you can take the shuttle home and pick up your car by 10 am the next day.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. Ladies should wear long, midi or knee-length cocktail dresses, suits or tuxedos and the gentlemen should wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass -- ladies, we recommend wearing flats, wedges or a thicker heel.

CAN I BRING A GUEST TO THE WEDDING?
Answer
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation is addressed to "The ____ Family", we've invited the spouses and children within the immediate family.

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS / ALLERGIES. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO LET YOU KNOW?
Answer
We are happy to accommodate your dietary restrictions! When you are RSVPing there will be a section where you can note any dietary restrictions.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
If your invitation is addressed to your family, your children are welcome to attend! There will not be any babysitting services provided at the ceremony or reception, but children's meals are available upon request in advance.

Can I Take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking that all phones be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them.

But what if there is a football game during the ceremony, do i have to miss it?
Answer
While we would like no pictures during the ceremony, we will never get in the way of someone watching a football game! Our two requests are that you do so discreetly to not distract others and that you are not cheering against Stanford, Cal, UVA, OSU, Tennessee or Washington.
