Only one Credit Card will be accepted as a guarantee of each reservation. Credit card must be valid until the departure date. 2. In case of cancellation of guest rooms by a guest responsible for his/her room, full penalty charge for the complete stay will be applied to the credit card that the guest used to make the reservation of the room in the link provided by the resort. 3. In case of late cancellation or no shows, we will charge the penalty according to contracted room type (ex: single, double, triple, etc.). 4. Cancellations will be received 30 days (May 19th, 2026) prior to the arrival date or the full stay will be charged. 5. A Credit Card will be requested upon arrival.

Punta Cana International Airport

For guests traveling from the East Coast, we recommend looking into flights from various airports including Newark, Philadelphia, etc. to see what the best/most affordable option is. The Punta Cana International Airport is approximately 25 minutes from the hotel. Transportation to and from the resort should be booked individually or by groups. Recommendations are below. Prior to leaving for Punta Cana, we recommend booking VIP services through the Punta Cana Airport to assist you through your arrival and departure process. Arrival VIP services include a concierge waiting for you with a sign as soon as you walk off the plane. The concierge will escort you to the VIP lounge where there are complimentary beverages and food. The staff will take your passports and have them stamped. They will retrieve your luggage and escort you out through a private exit. These services cost approximately $100/person if booked through the airport directly. If you do not see your flight as an option, you can book through a third party. Links are provided below. Departure services vary and reservations are not required. When you get to the Punta Cana Airport to depart home, proceed with checking in through your airline and checking any luggage. On your way to security, you will see "VIP Fast Track Services." Proceed through the sliding glass doors, and after purchasing the services, you will go through a private, expedited security process. Prices vary with the cheapest option being $30/person.
