Where is the venue?

Answer

The venue is at The Grand Bohemian hotel in uptown Charlotte. The address is 201 W Trade St, Charlotte, NC 28202. Both the ceremony & reception will be held here, so you won't have to worry about transportation.

What time will the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm and end at 4:30pm. Guests will start to make their way upstairs for an hour and fifteen minute cocktail hour. Guests will be seated in the ballroom by 6:00pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the hotel has valet parking for $28 a day. Overnight parking for guests is $48 per night per vehicle. There’s also street parking and a few garages nearby that are a little cheaper.

Is the venue handicapped-accessible?

Answer

Yes. There will be someone helping guests to and from the ceremony & reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. Come dressed to impress! Women's dresses should be floor length & men should wear a jacket. Please no sundresses or khakis.

Click on the RSVP tab above and enter your name. The rest of your party will pop up. It will ask you for meal preferences on the following page!

Yes. Click on the Registry tab above. You can click on the picture of the item and it will take you straight to the link to order.

Will vegetarians be accommodated?

Answer

Yes. When you RSVP, there will be an option for meal preferences.

Only if your invitation is addressed to them.

Does the venue have designated smoking areas?

Answer

The Grand Bohemian is a smoke free hotel, including all public areas, meeting and banquet facilities, and guest rooms.
