Andrew and Cassidy were both out celebrating their birthdays with friends when they met at Queen City Social in Uptown Charlotte. Cassidy's friend told Andrew to dance with her. They exchanged numbers and the rest is history!

Andrew & Cassidy had been hanging out every weekend since they met. Andrew even took Cassidy out for Valentine's Day. On March 21st, Andrew took Cassidy to South Carolina to meet his parents. The following day, on March 22nd, Andrew asked Cassidy if she wanted to be his girlfriend!

Andrew proposed at The Piedmont Club. The Piedmont Club holds a special place in Cassidy's heart since that's where her late father worked majority of her childhood. The Piedmont Club's new manager, who was friends with her dad and took his place, formulated a plan with Andrew and her mom to email Cassidy, saying he was retiring soon and it would be nice to see her, her mom, and "the guy she was dating at the time" aka Andrew. (He wasn't really retiring.. that was to lure Cassidy back to her hometown). Little did Cassidy know; She just thought they were going to reminisce over a nice dinner. Everyone watched from inside through the windows while Andrew proposed on the patio.
