Can I bring a plus one or children?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP, children will also be listed here. We encourage you to use this night as a date night! Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

What should I wear?
Answer
Please wear what you feel comfortable in! Semi-formal to dressy casual is encouraged, jeans are welcome. Ladies, please avoid shades of white.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The Wildwood Barn & Cottage is located just outside Waterloo, WI. You will turn onto a gravel road and continue to the left. Please do not pull into or park in the owners driveway. N 915 Witt Ln, Waterloo, WI 53594

Will there be transportation and where do I park?
Answer
Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided. Please plan accordingly. There is a parking lot at the venue. Cars may be left at the venue but need to be picked up by 9am Saturday morning. All cars left will be towed at owners expense.

Which hotel should we stay at?
Answer
We have a block of rooms at the Comfort Suites Cottage Grove-Madison. Rooms are blocked off Thursday-Sunday. If booking by phone please mention Klinefelter wedding, if booking online enter he code BPURQH for the discount of $149/night. This is our only hotel block but there are many other hotels and airbnbs in the area. Please let Cassi know if more rooms are needed in block. PLEASE NOTE: This hotel has a check in time of 4pm and cannot guarantee early check in. The ceremony is planned to start at 3:30pm, so please plan accordingly.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We plan to have the ceremony and reception outdoors pending weather conditions. If it rains the ceremony and reception will be in the barn.
Question
Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please bring cash for tipping the bar tenders. You may pay using a card for beverages not provided in the open bar. Please make sure you get home safely.
