Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

At this time there are no other wedding related events that are occurring around the wedding. However, feel free to take full advantage of being near the Orlando area with its many theme parks including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando as well as all the other wonderful things that Florida has to offer!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking that the guests come in "spring cocktail" attire to the wedding. Think a button down shirt, dress pants for the men and a nice dress for the women (or pants if that's more your style). Bright colors and florals are welcome (just please ensure the base colour of the floral is not white). If you have any questions please reach out!

Question

Is there anything I should know in advance?

Answer

If you are anything like me and need to plan things out I got you. The guests may arrive for the ceremony starting at 4pm the day of the wedding. The ceremony its self will start at 4:30 if you are not seated before that time you may have to wait at the cocktail hour space until the ceremony is over. It will be an unplugged ceremony, this means there are no phones to be used at this time. Please make sure that the phones are silenced or off. After the ceremony family and bridal party will be taking and finishing up pictures unless you are specifically asked to stay at this time you will head over to the cocktail hour. After pictures are over the bridal party, and bride and groom will join the remainder of the cocktail hour. After the hour is over we will head into the reception for the rest of the nights festivities. Though we are going to be as conscious as possible about our music choices at some point we will switch over to less "child friendly" tunes. You will get a heads up from the DJ before this music is played. We will finish the night with a sparkler exit for the couple. Please remember to be safe and drink responsibly. and most importantly HAVE FUN!
