It's going to be the Best Day Ever!

Our couples story, like many others started at the beginning. In this case, the beginning of school, as in kindergarten. Peter and Cassie started their long intertwining lives on the first day of Kindergarten at Fairview Elementary School. However, after kindergarten Peter moved school districts with his family. Fast forward to High School- unknown to the couple they would spend the next four years competing against each other in Marching Band competitions. Then would spend the next few years "nearly missing" each other in various jobs and at Penn State where Cassie attended school and Peter would visit for swim meets. In 2019 is where the real story begins. Cassie was working as an educator at the Erie Zoo where Peter had just started working for the summer. Shortly after starting Peter had mentioned to Cassie about how he had thought they had attended the same kindergarten class. A few days later the yearbook was brought in that confirmed it all. Shortly after that the two became close friends. In October of 2020 Peter had asked Cassie to be his girlfriend and the rest is history!
