To give our vendors our final guest count, we ask that RSVP's are in by September 1st, 2020. Please reach out if you have any questions!
We ask that you please keep all cell phones and cameras turned off during the ceremony. We would like to see your smiling faces and for our guests to see us without the distraction of their devices. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture all these moments for us and we promise to share them with you! During the reception, you may take all the photos you'd like! Please remember to share your photos using the hashtag #BecomingTheBruggemanns or #BruggemannsTakeFlight so we can find all of your photos after the wedding!
Do you need to? Absolutely not! However, we will be allowing our bartenders to set up a tip jar. If you feel inclined to tip, I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated! Additionally, we will be selling raffle tickets for $5.00 a piece to raffle off a Yeti cooler! (No limit on tickets per person!) We will do the drawing shorty after the dances so you should have plenty of time to purchase raffle tickets if you choose to!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Seating will begin at 3:30 PM, so please arrive with time to spare.
There is plenty of parking. We want you to know that the parking is a gravel lot off a dirt driveway. I wouldn't suggest washing your car before you come out. Additionally, Uber is available as well as a FREE shuttle to and from the Sheraton Hotel where we have a block of rooms.
Yes! We will have a full dinner meal served buffet style. It’s going to be a BBQ! We will also have an open bar with beer and wine.
MSP is closest to the venue as well as the hotel block! (About 20-30 minutes)
Please check out our Travel tab for our hotel block!
We wish you could make it and are sure it won't be the same without you! To ensure full disclosure, we ask that all guests invited RSVP - even if the answer is unfortunately a no. This saves Cassie time from hunting you down and making sure your invitation didn't get lost in the mail a month before the date.
We adore your children but have limited space. Please make it a date night and have our wedding be your night off!
Yes! Cassie has been in close contact with their wedding event manager and they have been making sure that things will be as safe as possible for guests. A few things that the venue is doing: 1. All staff will be wearing masks when indoors/in close contact with guests. 2. A staff member will be going around every 30 minutes to wipe down railings, door handles, etc. to limit spread of germs. 3. They have installed 15 hand sanitizer dispensers all throughout the property for anyone's use. 4. They are working with the caterer to make sure the dinner service is safe.
