Isla Mujeres

Isla Mujeres is a beautiful little island just off the coast of Cancun. You will be flying into Cancun International airport - and if you take a peak out the plane window you might just catch a glimpse of it on your way in! For those staying with us at Almare (see details below), transportation to and from the airport to the hotel on the island is included and will be arranged through the resort. However, if you wish to make alternate travel arrangements, in the link below you will find a guide on how to make your way from the airport to the island.

Flights

Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal all have direct flight options into Cancun International Airport. Private airport transfer from the airport to the island is included with Almare Resort. Details below! *Important Note* For those not staying at Almare, please keep in mind that the last ferry from Puerto Juarez leaves at 11pm and it takes at least 30 minutes to get to the port so any flights arriving later than 8 or 9pm may want to consider spending the night in Cancun.

That said, we completely understand if you prefer to stay elsewhere—please feel free to book accommodations that best suit your travel plans and preferences.
