Is Isla Mujeres safe?

Answer

Yes! It's a very small island and is known for having a low crime rate. In our time there we have never once felt unsafe, day or night.

When should I book my travel?

Although we love your little ones, all events will be kid-free.

What currency should I bring? Can I use my credit card?

Answer

While many restaurants, shops and activities will accept credit cards, I highly recommend using Pesos. Using cash (MXN not USD!) will ensure you get the best rate and can often save you the sales tax. Plus having additional cash for tips is always handy!
