Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Will the ceremony and reception be Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in The Courtyard, and reception to follow indoors in The Garden Room.

how does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, So feel free to sit wherever you please (unless the seat has a reserved sign on it). For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

what do i do if i'm late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00pm, we recommend guests arrive between 5:30-5:45pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. A parking attendant will direct you to the appropriate lot.

is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal attire. We recommend button down shirts with nice pants & cocktail dresses, no white. Additionally, the grass lawn is soft so re-think stilettos!

how do i RSVP? when should i RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type your first and/or last name in the box. Kindly RSVP before Friday. October 6th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline. - you will be missed!
