While we both love children, there will be no children allowed at the Ceremony and Reception. Children are welcome at the welcome party held the afternoon before!
Yes! We actually encourage it! There are plenty of Ubers available to take you back. The venue just asks that you pick up your car before 10 am Monday morning.
Yes! We will be providing shuttle services to and from our main hotel block (Hampton Inn and Suites).
Please stay away from colors such as white, ivory, beige, and champagne as these will be the Bride's colors. Other than that feel free to where whatever colors you wish! The Bridesmaids will be in slate blues/floral blues but we don't mind if you guys share colors!
The dress code is Formal Attire. We are envisioning garden party vibes/attire. Ladies should wear floor length or mid length dresses and men should wear suits with ties.
This is an easy question, there are so fun things to do! You could: -Walk around the Battery and see the famous Rainbow Road downtown -Visit King Street and shop at some very cute boutiques -Go golfing, we recommend going golfing at Dunes West (no bias here, whatsoever!!) -Take a trip to one of the many gorgeous beaches in Mt. Pleasant; Isle of Palms (our favorite), Sullivan's Island, and Folley Beach -EAT!!!!!!!! There are SO many amazing restaurants in Charleston, take advantage of it!! Our personal favorites are Indaco, Halls steakhouse, Iron Rose, Marble and Finn, and many others! These are all pretty fancy so make sure you're checking the dress code vibes. -Some places in Mt. Pleasant we love are Savi (which is walking distance from the hotel blocks), Grace and Grit, Post house, and Locals Sushi (if you're looking for a more casual place). -There is also a plethora of Brewery's and Wine bars to check out. All that being said, there are so many things to do in Charleston and we hope you make the most of it!!
