When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 28th!

Question

Will the events be held inside or outside?

Answer

Ceremony: Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside. If it is raining or too cold, we will move the ceremony inside. Cocktail hour: Snacks and drinks will be inside, but you are welcome to take them outside and enjoy the outdoor seating! Reception: Dinner and reception will be held inside, regardless of weather.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. All we ask is that you please refrain from wearing jeans. Something comfortable that you can dance in!!

Smoking onsite?

Answer

The venue is a non-smoking property and asks individuals to smoke in their vehicles or leave the property. We will be charged an additional fee if there are cigarette butts on the ground.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing a bus to take guests to and from the AmericInn in Williamsburg. We will try to post a tentative schedule closer to the wedding date!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the size of the venue and the animals on location, we are asking everyone to refrain from bringing their children (unless otherwise noted in the invitation). We love your kids and hope that you can view this event as a night out!!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Koru Berry Farms. There is parking onsite! The venue is providing a parking attendant. If you have too much fun.. Cars can be left onsite but must be removed by noon the next day! Please be safe!!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES!! Please let us know if you have a food allergy and we will do our best to coordinate with you and the caterer to make sure your needs are met.
