Passport

Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before March 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel within 6 months remaining of an expiration date. Passports can take up to 3 months to arrive so please be sure to update or apply for a passport ASAP!

Flight

Pick your airline of choice!

We would recommend flying into either Rome (FCO) or Milan (MXP) as per pricing is typically better here. However, flying into Florence (FLR) is also a good option!

Renovated from an old convent, Borgo Sant'Ippolito Country Hotel is situated just 18 km from Florence, immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Close to the train station (less than 10 minutes by car) of Montelupo-Capraia with a big free parking lot. From there you can also reach the famous cities of Siena and Pisa. Located in front of the hotel main entrance there is a restaurant "Vecchio Convento" providing local Tuscan cuisine. Ample Parking is offered if you plan to rent a car. Only 2 km from the railway station, it can easily be reached from the centre of Florence, Pisa, San Miniato, Siena, Lucca and Pistoia without having to take the car. After a day visiting a city of art, nothing could be more relaxing than a glass of our wine, a dip in the pool, and a typical Tuscan dinner at the restaurant inside the Borgo, famous for its classical Florentine steak. At the Borgo you can also request breakfast in your room. 10 minute car ride to the venue!
