We met in school and became friends in 7th grade. After a few years of friendship and secretly having a thing for one another Cevat asked Cassandra to be his girlfriend on 12.08.12 while in NYC with the Castoro family. From there we dated all through High School going through so many key milestones together like braces, sweet 16's, proms, graduation and then college. Although Cassandra decided to move away for 4 years when attending Penn State our relationship remained the same and stronger than ever. We continued dating all 4 years of college doing long distance from State College to Paris to Long Island and back! Upon graduating college, we were both finally back on Long Island together and starting out in our careers. November of 2020, we adopted our fur baby Lily, who has brought nothing but pure joy and happiness into our lives. After many years together we have grown and evolved as not only individuals but as a couple. Despite all our differences, we have stayed together through so many highs and lows and all the big moments in life. Fast forward 10 years later, Cevat pulled off the most epic proposal in Cappadocia, Turkey where we planned to take photos for Cassandra's 25th birthday and our 10 year anniversary, but Cevat had more in mind! Cevat popped the question in Love Valley on a cliff as we were watching all the hot air balloons rise with the sun! Although there was never a doubt, we were going to end up together, Cevat was able to surprise Cassandra in the best way possible, making the land of fairytales our reality. Eager for our next chapter together we signed on a new construction and will be moving into our new home in 2024. Although a lot has changed over the years, our love for one another has always remained the same. This journey together has been nothing, but a blessing and we are grateful to everyone who has been rooting for us for many years. We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with the best people who have truly watched us grow up together!
