FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, February 28th, 2026 so we can have an accurate headcount to relay to our vendors to finish the rest of our wedding preparations!

Question

Can I bring a date or plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations and budget, we simply cannot afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Unless specifically listed on your invitation, we ask that you do not bring any additional guests. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Thank you for checking in! While we love all your little ones, we’re only able to include the children specifically named on the invitation. We hope you understand and are so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding reception will be indoors! However, there is space to hangout outdoors if you need a quick breather. :)

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! However, please REFRAIN from taking photos DURING the ceremony. We have hired a professional photography and videography team to capture the beautiful day.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Kansas, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be unpredictable, meaning you can have all four seasons in one week lol. We recommend bringing a light jacket as the weather in the Spring is still relatively cool ranging anywhere between 60s to 70s. We don't want anyone freezing their bu...well you get the point!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail! Our bride will be in white/champagne, while our bridesmaids will be in taupe. Our groom and groomsmen will be in black suits.

Question

What time will dinner be served?

Answer

Doors will open for all at 6:00pm. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:00pm. There is free parking at the venue and seating will be assigned, so please look for your name when you arrive! There is a parking garage across the street next to Hotel at Oldtown.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a free parking garage across the street beside Hotel at Oldtown!

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift a wedding card box will be at our reception table and we will be making table rounds as well!

Question

Who should I call with questions?

Answer

Please direct your questions to either Cassandra or Austin. However, on the week of the wedding, we will most likely be slower to respond to text messages, so reach out to our parents if it's something they can answer. If not, then reach out to Demi, my matron of honor, and she'll make sure I get you an answer (lol).

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Our festivities will end at 11:00pm! Please plan accordingly! Thank you for celebrating with us!! **We kindly ask that all decorations and floral arrangements remain at the venue, as they are either rented or part of our event setup. We’ll be charged for any missing items — thank you so much for understanding!
