When staying at the Moon Palace The Grand Cancun you will have access to all THREE resorts (The Grand, Nizuc & Sunrise). You will need to book your room NO LATER than SEPTEMBER 1st 2025 (45 days before check in) Children are WELCOMED! Moon Palace is a kid-friendly resort with plenty activities. ** Full payment is due at time of booking. *** IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT book through our reservation link, then you will be subject to a fee per event per hour per person *** ****IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT stay at the resort then you will have to purchase a "WEDDING DAY PASS" for $275 per person for the wedding day. This pass will only give you access to the resort ONE HOUR BEFORE the ceremony and until the termination of the reception. Only applicable for the wedding day and subject to approval by the resort. You will not be allowed on the resort grounds for any other wedding event(s). ****

Travel Note

Resort Travel

Transportation is provided for guests staying at the resort from the airport to the resort and then upon departure from the resort to the airport. The airport is a quick 15-20 minute drive from the resort. Once you book your room stay by using our website link you'll then be able to schedule you luxury SUV to pick you up from the airport. You must book your transportation through the resort (minimum 2 weeks in advance). Must provide complete flight and guest information. via email: transfercancun@palaceresorts.com via link: https://transfers.palaceresorts.com/ Do not take a taxi or other form of transportation to ensure safety and reliability! WHERE TO FIND: When leaving baggage claim, you will walk straight outside pass Margaritaville. They will check in with employees in white shirts, khakis and Moon Palace embroidery.

Cancún International Airport

We have guest traveling from many different places. Please ensure you are booking flights to the correct airport! All common airlines should have flights, some might have lay overs. PLEASE ARRIVE TO AIRPORT 2-3 HOURS BEFORE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL. When arriving you will go through customs- they will ask to see your boarding pass (!) and passport.
