Our reservation includes Nizuc and Sunrise circled above. CHECK IN: You will need your passport, card on file and all the guest staying in the room present. The concierge should direct you to the bell hops to help find your room. In-Resort Transportation: Golf Carts all throughout the park, you can look at the golf cart map to determine route. Buses can be found at the front of the lobby, they drive lobby to lobby. CHECK OUT: Sunrise can be found up the escalators in the lobby, they will cut your wristband, give you a ticket and you will give that ticket to the bellhops outside. RESORT CREDITS: You will more than likely get a call to activate your resort credits, you can find the employee in the lobby. They will explain how to use. Anyone who books their room through our booking link will receive resort credits, in which the amount given to you is based on the number of nights you stay.

WET CLOTHES: There is a clothes line in your shower you can pull taut, so you can dry your clothes.

EAT YOUR FILL! Breakfast and lunch will not need reservations and are normal attire (bathing suit covers included, shoes a must). You WILL need to make reservations for dinner (unless it's the buffet) and the attire is business casual ( I recommend bringing 2-3 nice outfits and if you are cold natured, to bring a light sweater for dinners.. its cold). Check in 10 minutes early. Room service is included. The waters in your rooms are included, please please please do not suffer Montezuma's Revenge - DO NOT DRINK from tap The alcohol in the rooms is NOT included - please take advantage of the all-inclusive - drink the free ones. Please utilize The Palace Resorts app. There is an interactive map to help you acclimate to the resort. You can make reservations through the app, or dial 0 on your phone. You can use their Chat to ask any questions you may have.
