Flight
This is the most convenient airport option; Grand Junction's regional airport (likely with a connecting flight), 3 miles north of downtown.
Flight
Fly into Denver and make the stunning 4-hour drive through the Rocky Mountains to Grand Junction. A few of our recommendations along the route: - Vail: a good halfway point to stop for lunch, walk around the village and take in the views. - Glenwood Springs: visiting Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a great way to spend an afternoon, and there are several shops and restaurants along the quaint downtown streets.
Flight
An alternative to flying into Denver, as Grand Junction is approximately halfway between Denver and Salt Lake City; enjoy a scenic desert drive from SLC, perhaps adding a stop at Arches or Canyonlands National Parks.
