La Quinta Inn & Suites Delafield

This is our primary wedding hotel and it is dog-friendly! 🐾 The room block is available for August 21–23, 2026. Due to the high number of wedding venues in the area, the hotel is only able to reserve 10 rooms at a time. Once those rooms are filled, an additional block of 10 rooms will be opened. If you are told the room block is full, please let us know so we can ensure more rooms are released. The room block is under Cashin/Stetler Wedding and the group code is 082126CSW. The cutoff date to book at the group rate is July 21st. Room rates are $179/night for a king room and $184/night for a double queen room.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Delafield

This is our backup hotel option in case the main room block fills up and is unable to add additional rooms. The room rate is $189/night for a double queen room. The cutoff date to book at the group rate is July 21st. Please use booking code CSW when reserving your room.

The Delafield Hotel

This is a higher-end boutique hotel with a nice restaurant. It’s located in the heart of downtown Delafield but will be a bit more expensive. We do not have a room block here but you can certainly check it out if you'd like.
