Moonrise Valley Glamping Village

We're creating a special Glamping Village for guests who want the full camp experience with our friends from The Pop Up BNB! You can rent a glamping tent to stay on the property from Friday, June 26th to Sunday, June 28th. Your fully furnished tent will be ready upon arrival, and we will also take care of teardown so all you have to do is show up! We encourage all our friends to go with this option so you never have to worry about transportation and you can live on campus with us the entire weekend. Of course, those staying on-site with us will have access to the entire property and private lake throughout the weekend. Pop-Up BnB offers a variety of different sizing and sleeping options that you can select from and book directly through our custom link (linked below). All tents will have power so you can plug-in essentials and fans will be provided in addition to all the amenities listed on the website. Air-conditioned bathrooms and showers will be available in the village for all campers, along with a central lounge tent where everyone can relax and get ready before events. The Wall Group will also be sponsoring the space with a few beauty essentials to keep everyone looking effortlessly fabulous. Food and drinks will be provided throughout the entire weekend if you choose to glamp. Brunch will be provided in the Hive on Saturday and Sunday in addition to all-day snacks and drinks at the infamous bodega!

Bring your own RV!

Moonrise Valley has electrical hook-ins for your RV if you'd like to bring your own for the weekend! These hook-ins are conveniently located in our Campgrounds along side our Glamping Village and our staff can assist you when you arrive. If you plan to bring your own Mobile Home for the weekend, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Hancock House Hotel

We have a room block at the very cute Hancock House Hotel which is about 15 minutes away from Moonrise Valley. You can book this hotel for only one night for an additional $50 fee. If booking only one night, we'd recommend emailing the hotel with your names and copying Casey so he can chime in if need be! You can book your room for two nights through their website (use our code LMWED in the discount group code section) or you can make your reservation by calling the hotel at 607-637-7100 or emailing your name, phone number and dates to hancockhouse@hancock.net | More info below! We will be providing shuttle service to Camp from the Hotel and back on the day of our wedding. More details to follow :) We recommend booking your room no later than April 15th, 2026. Local Airbnb's

There are many local Airbnb options in the area and we'd recommend searching in Equinunk PA, Hancock NY, Callicoon NY and Honesdale PA. These towns are within 5-30 minutes from Moonrise Valley. If you choose to stay at an Airbnb, you will need to drive to and from the events over the weekend, and parking will always be available on Campus.
