Think elevated and expressive - colorful, campy, playful glamour. Camp, but make it couture. Fashion fantasy meets disco in the woods. This is your moment to go all out. Bold but refined. Dramatic and elegant. We promise you won’t be over- or under-dressed - whatever makes you comfortable is exactly right. Suits and ties not required. Please note: a majority of the events (including ceremony and reception) will take place outdoors on grass and natural terrain. Stilettos may struggle, so plan accordingly. The wedding will take place at Moonrise Valley in Lake Como, Pennsylvania - a restored 1960s Girl Scouts camp turned private event property nestled in nature. Expect woodlands, full moonlight, open fields, cabins, and a little nostalgia.

TRANSPORTATION

Please visit our Travel page for detailed airport and driving information. Driving is strongly recommended as the property is approximately 2.5 hours from NYC. We’ll share shuttle details from our off-site accommodations closer to the date. There will be on-site parking. Carpooling encouraged!

We’ll have a beautiful tent and covered spaces throughout the weekend, so the celebration continues rain or shine. If you’re glamping with us, rest assured, the campground will be thoughtfully prepared for all weather conditions. We’re planning for every scenario so you can simply relax and enjoy.

WEEKEND DETAILS

This is a full weekend experience. Friday kicks off with an all-day lakeside BBQ and dinner to follow. On Saturday, the ceremony begins around 5PM overlooking the lake, followed by a cocktail-style reception, lots of dancing, and a late-night after-party with the Lucky Star art car. And, while we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only weekend.
