Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay

Our reception will be at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. Please consider staying onsite as this will be the most convenient option and where the party will be! Click "view" below to access our room block. There are other room options available (e.g., casitas/villas, suites) that are not listed currently on the hotel block website. If you would like to stay with multiple people in one villa/multi-room suite (e.g., families, friend groups) let Casey or Tommy know and we can request that this be added for you to book through our link.

Flight

Tampa International Airport

For those flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA), the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay hotel is just a short 5-10 minute drive away (3 miles), making it convenient for check-in and getting settled. If you plan to explore, downtown Tampa is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the airport as well, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Flight

St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE)

For those flying into St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay hotel is about a 20 minute drive away.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony Round Trip

October 18, 2025 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

A bus shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony starting at 9:30 AM. It is approximately a 15-20 minute ride to the church. The second shuttle will be leaving at approximately 10:15 AM. The bus can hold up to 56 people at one time, so you will be assigned to either the first or second shuttle. Please indicate on the RSVP if you will be taking the shuttle and if you prefer a specific time. After the ceremony, the bus will be returning to the hotel if you want to go back and relax at the Hyatt. If you choose to stay in Downtown Tampa for lunch, the bus will be making another trip back to the church around 2 PM to go back to the hotel.
