FAQs

Question

Can I bring children to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only celebration for both the church ceremony and reception. We hope you can enjoy the day kid free! If you would like to travel with your kids, our venue has recommended babysitters to hire.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal We ask that men wear a suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress. For the ceremony, please dress appropriately for a Catholic church.

Question

Will events be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. The night before welcome party will be outdoors weather permitting.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website using the RSVP tab by August 1, 2025. https://www.zola.com/wedding/caseyandthomas2025/rsvp

Question

Can I extend my hotel room block if I am planning on coming early or staying longer?

Answer

Yes! On our room block website, you can book 3 days pre-event and 3 days post-event as long as availability allows.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony and processional will start promptly at 10:45 AM. We ask that everyone arrives by 10:30 AM so we can start on time.

Question

What can I do during the ceremony and reception break?

Answer

Please visit our "Things to Do" tab on our website. Enjoy Tampa, grab lunch, or relax at the hotel during this time.
