When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 16th, 2025, so we can finalize all the details for our celebration. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:15 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and get ready for the ceremony to begin promptly at 3:30 PM. You can get to the venue starting at 3 PM, but if you arrive after the ceremony starts, please wait until cocktail hour begins inside the beautiful reception area.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We'd love for our guests to dress in semi-formal attire with a touch of country charm. - Men: Boots, a button-up, and nice jeans are perfectly fine - or you can dress it up a bit more if you'd like! - Ladies: We kindly ask that all women wear floor-length dresses. (No jeans or pants, please.) We can't wait to see everyone looking their best to celebrate with us!

What colors should I wear?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to dress in colors that compliment our wedding party! Our bridesmaids will be in velvet emerald green, and the groomsmen will be in classic black tuxedos. Neutrals, jewel tones, and muted colors (like champagne, gold, forest green, navy, or burgundy) will look beautiful with our color palette. We just ask that you avoid wearing white, ivory, or anything too close to the bridal party colors to keep the focus on the wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If your invitation includes a guest by name or says "and guest," then you're welcome to bring them. Otherwise, we're keeping our guest list very intimate. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

While we adore your kiddos, we've chosen to make our wedding an adult-only event so everyone can relax and celebrate with us. We appreciate your understanding!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Madelyn. Everything will take place at one location, so there's no need to travel between events.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will wrap up around 9 PM. We will have a special sparkler exit at that time. We can't wait to celebrate the whole evening with you!

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Dinner and drinks will be provided following the ceremony. Come hungry and ready to celebrate!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there will be parking available on-site.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so our photographer and videographer can capture the moment. We promise to share the beautiful photos afterward!
