What if a hurricane hits?

Every. Man. For. Themselves. Just Kidding! But July through October is hurricane season in the OBX. Please consider including travel insurance with any accommodations or flights that you book.

Kill Devil Hills has a number of options for accommodations, some of which are featured on our travel page. While we have provided the information for a few nearby hotels, there is also availability with Twiddy Realty or Airbnb. When searching for a rental near our venue please use the address 1617 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948.

What if I am flying?

Answer

The nearest airport to OBX is Norfolk International Airport ( 81.4 miles or around an hour and a half drive). The airport services direct flights from LaGuardia, JFK, Philadelphia, Dulles International, and Baltimore. Indirect flights are often available from Pittsburgh and Reagan National airport.

The safety and comfort of our guests is a priority. With the constantly changing situation, we understand that it can be difficult to predict what the future holds. However, due to the size of our guest list and our venue, we feel confident in our ability to host an event that does not put our guests in unnecessary risk.
