Do you have a hotel block?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal/black tie optional. This means we encourage suits or tuxedos for men (a tie or bow tie is optional) and long dresses, evening gowns, or sophisticated cocktail dresses for women. Feel free to dress to impress, but above all, we want you to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate! Please note that it will be cold, so we recommend dressing accordingly or bringing a coat or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the evening.

What is the setup of the ceremony space?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature and size of the ceremony space, we kindly ask that if the space inside fills up, you stand just outside the room. Please ensure a clear path for the bride as she walks down the aisle. Once she has passed, you are welcome to move into the walkway for a better view. After the ceremony, when the bride and groom walk back down the aisle, we ask that you step back outside to allow for a smooth exit.

What time does the ceremony start, and when should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–20 minutes early to get settled. There will be shuttles going to the venue from the hotel. Please look at the schedule page for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. Upon arrival, please follow the signs to the "Waterford Ballroom". Parking is available in the small lot on your left-hand side, overlooking the water. Please note that valet service is not available at the venue. For your convenience, shuttle services will run between the hotel and the venue. If you’d prefer, you can leave your car at the hotel, which does offer valet parking.

Answer

We love your little ones, but this celebration is an adults-only affair. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will run between the hotel and the venue throughout the event for your convenience.

Where can I enter the venue?

Answer

As you arrive - please locate the Waterford ballroom signs and walk through the stone circle and benches where you will pass through a covered walkway where you can then follow the signs.
