The 3 shuttles will be departing the hotel at 2:30pm. 1 large motor coach and 2 medium shuttle buses

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. Upon arrival, please follow the signs to the Waterford Ballroom. Parking is available in the lot on the left-hand side, overlooking the water. Please note that valet service is not available at the venue.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Our dress code is formal/black tie optional. This means we encourage suits and long dresses and evening gowns. Please note that it may be cold, so we recommend dressing accordingly or bringing a coat or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the evening.
The ceremony venue is cozy and standing room only. If the space inside becomes full, you’re welcome to stand just outside the room. Please ensure there’s a clear path for the bride to walk down the aisle.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be a smaller bus available for anyone that would like to leave earlier. It will leave the venue to take guests back to the hotel at 9:00pm
10:00 pm
All 3 Shuttles will be transporting any & all guest back to the hotel. They will depart once the seats are filled.
10:30 pm
Dress however you want!
This event is cash bar and is completely optional to all guest. Michael and I will be going walking here after we get back to the hotel. The bar is across the street from the hotel and is within walking distance.
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Comfy and casual
There will be a morning after brunch at the hotel, open to all wedding guests that will run from 8am-12pm on Sunday 11/30.
