We met during a global pandemic - Set up on a blind date by our mutual friend Sarah Beech - who goes without saying is owed lots of credit! We met for a friendly drink (outside of course) on a chilly Saturday in November of 2020. From the moment we first met neither one of us could stop talking, telling stories of our lives and sharing jokes about the world. It didn't take long for either one of us to fall head over heels.

After a scooter ride and a nervous, sweaty-palmed walk along the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, Matt dropped to a knee and we got engaged!
