The Anand Karaj will take place in a Gurdwara. All attendees should wear modest clothings and cover their head with a bandana, cloth, or scarf before entering the structure. All guests should be prepared to remove their shoes and wash their hands before entering the prayer hall. Our ceremony and reception dress code is black-tie optional. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length dresses are acceptable. Feel free to wear whatever colors you’d like but please avoid colors typically reserved for the bride such as, whites, cream, or ivory.
Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the cocktail hour and reception!
At this time, transportation will not be provided from the hotels. Aria offers ample on-site parking for guests who choose to drive. However, we highly recommend using a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft for convenience.
