Wintergreen Resort has a multitude of lodging options including rooms, condos, and houses. Call (888) 777-9047 Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, to reserve a space through our discounted room block. Please let them know if you have any accessibility needs as many of these units have stairs. Feel free to reach out to Joseph or Casey if you run into any issues.

We will have a shuttle pick up guests from the Mountain Inn to drive them to the ceremony site. After the ceremony, everybody will be driven back to the Mountain Inn for cocktail hour and the reception.

Reception Shuttle

During the reception, guests can request a shuttle back to their accommodation on the mountain by connecting with the banquet team or the front desk team. At the end of the reception, the shuttle will bring guests back to any accommodations on the mountain. If you stay at a Wintergreen Resort property, you can use their on-demand shuttle on Sunday to get back to the Mountain Inn to pick up your car.

Shenandoah Valley Airport (SHD) has daily round trip flights to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). SHD is about an hour drive from Wintergreen Resort. It also has Avis and Budget rental car agencies operating on-site.

Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO) flies direct to Atlanta (ATL), Charlotte (CLT), Chicago (ORD), New York (LGA), and Washington D.C. (IAD). CHO is about an hour drive from Wintergreen Resort. It also has multiple rental car agencies operating on-site.
